Panthers capture win over Marysville

MARYSVILLE — Three players scored in double figures to lead the Concordia eighth-grade boys' basketball team to a 58-41 home win over Marysville on Monday.
Ayden Krier scored 19 points for Concordia.
Brandon Vignery tossed in 18 points for the Panthers and Maxson Frey added 14 points.
Concordia jumped out to a 22-6 lead in the first quarter on Marysville.
Marysville scored 10 points in the second period, to nine for the Panthers, to make it a 31-16 game at halftime.
Concordia outscored Marysville 16-10 in the third quarter, and led 47-26.
Marysville added 15 points in the final stanza. Concordia scored 11.
The Concordia B-team fell 31-12 to Marysville.
