Panthers knock off Eisenhower

Boone Richard and Drake Blochlinger combined for 26 points to lead the Concordia seventh grade boys' basketball team to a 41-16 win over Eisenhower Middle School from Manhattan.
Richard tossed in a team-high 16 points for Concordia and Blochlinger added 10 points.
Concordia got out to a 15-5 lead after one quarter of play.
The Panthers scored seven points in the second stanza, to five for Eisenhower, to make it 22-9 at halftime.
Concordia limited Eisenhower to two points in the third quarter and scored 13 to go up 35-11.
Each team scored six points in the final period.
The Concordia B-team suffered a 32-20 loss to Eisenhower.
Eisenhower led the game 20-7 at halftime.
Concordia scored 13 points in the second half, all in the third quarter, to 12 for Eisenhower.
Warric Eakins led the Panthers with seven points.
