Panthers top Abilene

Two players scored in double figures to lead the Concordia eight grade girls' basketball team to a 31-17 win over Abilene in a home game on Tuesday.
Charlize Cash pumped in 16 points for Concordia. Rylie Jessup added 11 points.
Concordia led the game 8-2 after one quarter of play.
The Panthers tossed in 14 points in the second stanza, to four points for Abilene, to go up 22-4 at halftime.
Concordia added seven points in the third quarter. Abilene scored six, and it was a 29-12 game.
The Panthers were limited to two points in the final period, and Abilene scored five.
