Rock Creek defeats Panthers

ST. GEORGE — Rock Creek dealt the Concordia seventh grade football team its first loss of the season, 48-6, on Thursday.
Touchdown runs of 15, 10 and 87 yards in the first quarter gave Rock Creek a 20-0 lead.
The Mustangs added two scores, on a 10-yard run and a 67-yard pass, in the second period to go up 34-0.
A 45-yard scoring run in the third quarter gave Rock Creek a 42-0 advantage.
Concordia got a 5-yard touchdown run by Landen Jorgensen in the final period.
Rock Creek added a 48-yard touchdown run in the quarter.
Brandon Vignery rushed for 86 yards and threw for 55 for Concordia.
Matthew Nailleaux had 58 yards rushing for the Panthers and Jorgensen added 46 yards.
