Seventh grade blanks Chapman

Scoring twice in the second quarter and once in the fourth, the Concordia seventh-grade football team shut out Chapman 24-0 in the season opener, Thursday at Harold M. Clark Stadium.
Concordia's first touchdown came on a 26-yard run by Daniel Kemling.
Gehrig Bechard threw to Kolby Buckley for the two-point conversion to put the Panthers up 8-0.
Bechard added a 37-yard scoring run in the second period.
Buckley ran in the conversion to make it 16-0.
The Panthers got a 61-yard touchdown run by Bechard in the final period.
Bechard ran in the conversion.
Concordia finished with 196 yards rushing in the game.
