Seventh grade boys fall, 32-27

Clay Center dealt the Concordia seventh-grade boys' basketball team a 32-27 home loss in the final game of the regular season on Thursday.
Concordia trailed Clay Center 10-4 after one quarter of play.
Clay Center added nine points in the second stanza, to six for the Panthers, to make it 19-10 at halftime.
Concordia was outscored 9-7 in the third quarter.
The Panthers tossed in 10 points in the final period to four for Clay Center.
Daniel Kemling led Concordia with 14 points. Gehrig Bechard scored 13 points.
The Concordia B-team downed Clay Center, 31-25.
Concordia led Clay Center 18-16 at halftime.
The Panthers outscored Clay Center 13-9 in the second half.
Derrick Jumper scored 15 points for Concordia.
