Seventh grade girls suffer 30-24 loss to Chapman

CHAPMAN — The Concordia seventh grade girls' basketball team suffered a 30-24 loss to Chapman on Thursday.
Concordia trailed 7-6 after one quarter of play.
Chapman outscored the Panthers 12-8 in the second stanza to take a 19-14 halftime lead.
Concordia was limited to two points in the third period, and Chapman scored four to make it 23-16.
The Panthers tossed in eight points in the final quarter, to seven for Chapman.
Charlize Cash scored 20 points for Concordia.
