Seventh grade rolls to 40-0 win

CHAPMAN — Matthew Naillieux and Brandon Vignery combined for six touchdowns as the Concordia seventh grade football team rolled to a 40-0 victory over Chapman in its season opener on Thursday.
A 3-yard touchdown run by Naillieux in the first quarter gave Concordia a 6-0 lead.
The Panthers put up 20 points in the second stanza, and led 26-0 at halftime.
Naillieux, who finished with 140 yards rushing on just seven carries, had touchdown runs of 31 yards and 51 yards in that second period.
Vignery scored on a 1-yard run.
Naillieux scored his fourth touchdown of the game on a 40-yard run in the third quarter. Vignery threw to Grayson Farha for the two-point conversion.
Vignery returned an interception 35 yards for a score in the third period to make it a 40-0 game.
Ayden Krier rushed for 52 yards on seven carries for the Panthers.
