Seventh grade rolls to 40-6 win
CLAY CENTER — Three different players scored touchdowns as the Concordia seventh grade football team shut out Clay Center 24-0 on Thursday.
Grayson Farha caught a 15-yard touchdown pass from Brandon Vignery in the second quarter.
Maxson Frey ran in the two-point conversion, and Concordia led 8-0.
Concordia (2-0) scored twice in the third period.
Ayden Krier scored on a 9-yard run.
Vignery threw to Macon Farha for the conversion to put the Panthers up 16-0.
Concordia's final score came on a 35-yard run by Vignery.
Matthew Naillieux ran in the conversion to make it a 24-0 game.
Krier finished with 85 yards rushing on 12 carries
Naillieux carried 13 times for 48 yards.
Vignery rushed for 47 yards and completed four of four passes for 79 yards.
