T-Birds pick up win over Pratt

Cruising to wins in the final two sets, the Cloud County Community College volleyball team knocked off Pratt Community College in a Jayhawk Conference West Division match Monday night in Bryant Gymnasium.
Cloud County snapped a seven match losing skid with the victory, and is now 6-11 overall and 3-5 in conference play.
Getting out to a 7-3 lead, Cloud County would win the opening set, 25-16.
The Thunderbirds were trailing just 16-15 in the second set when the Beavers pulled away for a 25-19 win.
Cloud County went up 2-1 by winning the third set, 25-13.
The T-Birds finished off the 3-1 win with a 25-14 victory in the fourth set.
Kenzie Cooper led three Cloud County players in double figures kills with 13. She also had 11 digs.
Madison Ronnebaum chipped in with 11 kills and Camryn Wessel added 10 kills and six blocks.
Katelynn Brogan finished with 24 assists and nine digs. Brette Doile had 19 assists.
Zoe Bechard had a team-high 19 digs.
