Wamego defeats Panthers

Wamego dealt the Concordia eighth grade football team a 44-6 defeat in the final game of the season Tuesday at Harold M. Clark Stadium.
Ryker Wildeman scored Concordia's lone touchdown on a 50-yard run in the first quarter.
The Panthers were shut out over the final three quarters.
Wamego scored twice in the first period, and led 14-6.
A touchdown in the second stanza gave Wamego a 20-6 lead.
Wamego added a touchdown and two-point conversion in the third quarter and two touchdowns in the fourth.
Wildeman rushed for 69 yards for Concordia.
The Concordia seventh grade lost 36-16 to Wamego in the season finale on Tuesday.
