Wrestlers place second

Led by five individual champions, the Concordia Junior High School wrestling team placed second in the tournament it hosted on Saturday.
Concordia scored 85 points in the tournament. Marysville won the tournament with 89 points.
Concordia wrestlers placing first in the tournament, their weight class and record, include: Deekon Holbert, 110, 2-0; Rush LeDuc, 115, 4-0; Kale Schroeder, 120, 3-0; Drake Blochlinger, 141, 2-0; and Max Johnson, 265, 2-0.
Placing second in the tournament for the Panthers include: Trent Peltier, 90, 1-1; Tre Hamiel, 134, 2-1; Cole Britt, 155, 1-1; and Lane Hansen, 215, 1-1.
Third-place finishers for Concordia were Quinn Kymer, 80, 1-2; and Braytin Hake, 104, 2-2.
Concordia had five junior varsity wrestlers place in the top three.
Burke Kindel, 100/105 pounds, placed first.
Placing second were Jackson Valeka, 110; Cole Plymesser, 120; and Traeton Beam, 215. Andrew Romero, 180, placed third.
