BLUE RAPIDS, Kan. — In a quick visit east to partake in the Valley Heights Invitational, the Clifton-Clyde golf team finished eighth.
Valley Heights won with an overall and four-man score of 339. Onaga won with a two-man score of 160, and Washington County won with a six-man score of 374. Grayson Votipka of Washington County won individually with a score of 77.
Gage LeClair was the top Eagle with a score of 106, good for 33rd place.
Parker Knoettgen was 36th with a score of 115.
Ethan Roeder was 39th with a score of 120.
Jayla Robbins was 41st with a score of 131.
Kiernan Fahey was 44th with a score of 139.
Competing in the Rock Hills Invite at Mankato, the Eagles’ golf team competed against some of the best teams in the state of Kansas.
Lakeside won as a team, with five of its six-man team in the top 10, with Jace Cunningham winning individually with a score of 63.
Parker Knoettgen was the top Eagle with a score of 87, good for 22nd place.
Oliver Nobert was tied for 23rd with a score of 88, finishing in 25th place.
Jayla Robbins was 29th with a score of 91.
Gage LeClair was 37th with a score of 99.
