SYLVAN GROVE — Heading southeast for the eight-team Sylvan-Lucas tournament, the Clifton-Clyde volleyball team took first place, going 5-0 and not dropping a single set.
In match one versus Palco, the Eagles won 2-0.
Clifton-Clyde took a dominant set one, 25-6, and took set two with a quick 25-8 win.
In match two versus Natoma, the Eagles won 2-0.
The Eagles took a commanding set one win, 25-7, before completing the sweep with a 25-12 set two win.

The Eagles carried their momentum out of pool play, taking set one 25-7 from the Knights, before punching their ticket to the first-place match with a 25-13 set two win.
