ST. GEORGE — Heading out east for the 7th annual Rock Creek girls tournament, the Concordia High School girls wrestling team finished fourth in the 11-team tournament.
Layla Aggson, 115, went 2-3, with both wins coming by fall in 1 minute and 19 seconds and then 40 seconds.
Bridgette Blochlinger, 120, went 4-1 and finished in second place. Blochlinger won the first match by fall, the second match by major decision, the third match by fall, and the fourth match by fall, before falling in the first-place match by decision.
Tenley Snavely, 125, went 2-3 and finished in sixth place, with both of her wins coming by fall.
Brexlynn Koch, 130, went 3-2 and finished in fifth place.
Airiana Wogomon, 135, went 3-1 and finished in third place. Wogomon fell in her first match by decision, before winning three straight matches, all by fall.
Gabi Lange, 140, went 3-0 and finished in first place. Lange won all matches by fall, the first one in 32 seconds, the second in one minute and 19 seconds, and the third in five minutes and 52 seconds to win first place.
Makenzie Beam, 155, went 2-1 and finished in fifth place. Beam won her first match by fall in one minute and nine seconds, fell in her second match, before ending the day with a win by decision 13-10.
Jori Letourneau, 170, went 0-3.
Isabelle Alexander, 190, went 1-3 and finished in fourth place, with a win by fall in the final match of the day.
Ava Rowland, 235, went 2-0 and finished in first place, winning by fall in just 42 seconds in her first match, then one minute and 22 seconds in her second match.
For JV, Lola Weidner (100-105) went 2-0 and finished in first place. Bridget Waite (110-115) went 1-1 and finished in second place. Jordi Jones (130) went 2-0 and finished in first place. Hannah Bridwell (140) went 2-1 and finished in second place. Hailie Watts (145) went 1-1 and finished in second place. Kaisla Hay (190) went 0-2 and finished in second place.
Chapman won the tournament with 114 points, Clay Center was second with 111 points, and Kansas City-Washington was third with 98 points.
In the first dual of the year at NCKL foe Abilene, the Panthers fell in the team dual.

Bridget Waite, 115, won by major decision 15-4.
Bridgette Blochlinger, 120, won by fall in 1:51.
